The Agreement

This document constitutes an agreement between you (the Entrant) and Just Events Ltd (the Organiser). Entry into the Moor2sea Cyclosportive (the Event) is strictly conditional upon the entrant agreeing to all of the terms and conditions contained within this document (the Agreement). All entrants must acknowledge that they have read and accept this agreement before registration will be completed. All entrants under the age of  18 years must submit a parental consent form to the organiser  before their entry will be 'confirmed'.

Registration Process

1. The organiser or their agent will maintain a registration database for all entrants and their chosen emergency contact. All information will be collected, stored and processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
2. Entrants are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their personal records within the event database. Should any information change between registration and participation, it is the individual entrants’ responsibility to ensure that their records are updated accordingly.
3. Entry Fees must be paid in full before entry to the event will be confirmed.
4. Entry to the event will only be accepted through the official website www.Moor2sea.comand using the online registration service provided by activeNetwork.
5. The event fee is £29:00 and is NON REFUNDABLE under any circumstance.
6. Entrants must electronically acknowledge that they have read and agree to the event terms and conditions prior to their entry in to the event being confirmed. By doing so the entrant is unreservedly accepting all of the terms and conditions of this agreement.
7. All entrants under the age of 18 years must submit a completed 'Parental Consent form to the organiser before their entry in to the event will be confirmed.
